Terms

By placing an order with gabbyWears you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions set out below.

All orders placed will be payable by credit card or EFT.

Order Procedure
Once we receive an electronic order from you, a pro-forma tax invoice will be issued either by fax or email. This invoice is valid for 14 days. If payment is not received within 14 days, we will notify you that your order will be deleted from the system if payment is not received immediately. No orders are despatched without payment being received

Item Unavailable
We endeavour to have stock available at all times; however, if you have ordered any out of stock items we will do one of the following: notify you when the item will be available, and if it is within 2 weeks, suggest we send it to you as soon as it arrives or credit your nominated bank account/credit card with the amount outstanding due to nil availability of item.

Freight
Our preferred freight company for orders within Australia is Australia Post or Fast Track. We will quote a freight price on the pro-forma tax invoice prior to receiving payment from you. We nominate the freight company with the best rate for your region and endeavour to use the most efficient and cost effective way to save you money. For all orders outside of Australia, freight options will be discussed on an individual basis with the customer.

Faulty Items
When you receive your goods we request you unpack all stock and report any faulty items within 2 days. A written confirmation of the following information - code, colour, price, quantity - is required by either email or fax.

Returns
In the unfortunate case you receive a faulty item, a replacement is sent immediately if this item is in stock. If it is unavailable, a credit in the system of that amount is issued, or if you request, a credit to your nominated bank account/credit account. When a replacement is sent to you, a prepaid addressed satchel is enclosed for you to return faulty items. Your prompt return of this satchel is appreciated.

There may be slight colour and design variations on items featured on this website. Sometimes shipments may have a slight change to the original sample that you have ordered. We assure you that all items despatched are of good quality, and sold in good faith.
